Mr. Skyler Weekes started his Culinary Career at the early age of 14. After working at legendary golf courses of the Midwest, he ventured out to Colorado in search of a dream. Through his way he landed in Estes Park, CO at the Aspen Lodge where he led the kitchen to great success. His next step was pursuing a Bachelor’s degree of Culinary Management at the Art Institute of Colorado where he found his passion for wine. Mr. Weekes’s next step was earning his Sommelier and Executive Wine Sommelier degree from the International Wine Guild and is currently working on his Master Sommelier. If not around 12 Seasons you’ll probably find Skyler at Little Raven Vineyards (where he is the Executive Wine Sommelier) or in the mountains climbing (he holds the world record for the high jump in rock climbing). His passion for food and wine pairings is unlike any other in Denver, and it shows in his work and dedication to this amazing concept.
